Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@aureaselected.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been reviewed and accepted. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
